Catalogue.

The products you sell again and again, with prices, photos and categories. Pick them into an order in a few clicks.

In evaluationWorks with Orders and E-shop.
What it contains

An offer that
matches its prices.

The catalogue is optional: write a one-off job into the order as text. What you sell over and over is worth keeping here.

Products

Name, code, unit and description. Pieces, grams, litres, metres and hours of work.

Prices and VAT

A non-payer enters one price. A VAT payer picks the rate and enters the net or gross price; the app works out the other.

Photos

Up to five photos per product with a main photo. Switch the list from a table to cards.

Categories

A tree of up to four levels, for example Mugs › Espresso. The filter covers the whole branch below a category.

Weight

The weight of a unit fills in the parcel weight when you ship through Packeta.

History stays

Changing a price never changes past orders. A product you no longer sell is retired and stays on its past orders.

How it works

A product once,
orders many times.

What you fill in the catalogue you never retype on an order: name, code, unit, price and VAT rate fill in by themselves.

  1. 1

    Set up categories

The Categories button builds the tree you sort and filter the catalogue by.

  2. 2

    Add a product

The New product button: name, unit, category and price. Code and weight are optional.

  3. 3

    Add photos

After the first save, add photos and set one as the main photo.

  4. 4

    Sell

Search for the product in an order and its details carry over. A confirmed order keeps its price even if you change it later.

Connections

Who rides the same route.

Modules complement each other. With both switched on, links between them appear; switching a module off never deletes its data.

Your business is the next stop.

Creating organisations is paused for now. We will set up a test organisation for you on request.
