What it contains

Everything every
business needs.

The team, customers, overview and security are shared by all modules. Every module you switch on builds on them.

Invite colleagues by e-mail. The Owner manages the organisation, members and modules; a Member works with orders, products, customers and finance.

A shared directory of people and companies. Their details fill in the order and the invoice, and each shows its number of orders.

After signing in, Home shows revenues, unpaid invoices and open orders. The magnifier in the top bar finds what you are looking for.

The Owner switches on only what the business really uses. Switching a module off never deletes data; it is back when you switch it on.

An assistant connected through MCP records an order or a receipt for you. A token decides what it may do, and it never has more rights than you.

Two-factor authentication, data kept apart for every organisation and hosting in the EU. Download a full export of your data at any time.

How it works

Getting started takes minutes. At first sign-in the app gives you a short tour, and the guide is always at hand.

Get access
Creating organisations is paused for now. Write to us and we will set up a test organisation for you.

Fill in your business
In the organisation settings, enter the name, address, company ID and whether you are a VAT payer.

Switch on modules
On the Modules tab, keep only those you need. If a module needs another one, the app offers to switch that on too.

Invite your team
On the Members tab, send an invitation and choose the Member or Owner role.

Connections

Modules complement each other. With both switched on, links between them appear; switching a module off never deletes its data.
