Pickup point on a map
Choose a point or Z-BOX on the Packeta map. Packeta refuses a full or closed point as soon as you save.
What it contains
A parcel without
retyping addresses.
Parcels go through your own Packeta account. You pay Packeta under your contract only once a parcel enters its network.
Checked on confirmation
A mistake in the recipient name or phone shows up when you confirm the order, not at the counter.
Weighing and the parcel
The parcel weight fills in from the products and packaging. The parcel is created when you mark the order as ready.
Labels
One by one or in bulk from the order list, starting at a chosen position on a used sheet.
Tracking
The status refreshes by itself during the day, and the parcel history shows every step as Packeta recorded it.
Completes itself
A delivered parcel completes the order. A parcel on its way back alerts you on Home and in the list.
How it works
From the map
to pickup.
You connect once. After that the parcel comes straight from the order, and the customer gets a text with a code from Packeta.

Connect Packeta
On the Shipping tab, the Owner enters the API key, API password and sender label from the Packeta client section.

Choose the point
On the order, choose Packeta shipping, pick the pickup point on the map and check the recipient.

Weigh and create
The Mark as ready button asks for the weight and creates the parcel in Packeta.

Print and drop off
Print the label and take the parcel to a drop-off point or put it into a Z-BOX.
